The student-to-teacher ratio is 7:1. BTA is dedicated to small class sizes, averaging 14 students per class. Our small class sizes allow us to provide careful attention to each of our students. 75% of our faculty hold advanced degrees.

BTA has 235 students in grades 6-12.

Does BTA offer Advanced Placement courses?

As part of our rigorous academic curriculum, students must complete at least three AP (Advanced Placement) courses and a year-long research and writing course on a justice-related problem. Requiring these courses helps to ensure that our students are prepared and confident as they pursue their academic goals in college.

Where do BTA graduates attend college?

99% of BTA students attend 4 year colleges, including some of the most selective colleges in the country, such as Harvard, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, Cornell, and U. C. Our graduates regularly report how well their Boston Trinity education prepared them for the rigor of college academics. After anticipating the demands of higher education, our graduates are pleased to find that they already have the skills they need to succeed.

What sports are offered at BTA?

We offer soccer, cross country, basketball, baseball, softball, lacrosse, tennis, and ultimate frisbee. Since 2007, our school has earned 25 League Championships and 2 New England Championships. Learn more about our Athletics program here

What is BTA's tuition?

Is BTA accredited?

BTA is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. We participate in a rigorous evaluation process. We are pleased that we have received an excellent report with commendations.

Does BTA provide transportation?

Transportation is an important concern for many parents as they consider academic options for their children. At Boston Trinity, the Transportation Coordinator is available to help find solutions that will work for each family. Approximately 33% of our students in grades 6 – 12 use some form of public transportation each day. Many families who live close to one another choose to carpool. If your child is admitted, you will have access to the contact information of families in your area. In addition, Boston Trinity Academy operates a shuttle to and from Downtown Boston with stops near Fenway and Forest Hills Station on the Orange Line.
