"One of the most rewarding parts of working at BTA is getting to spend time with people in the community. As a teacher, I value the collegiality amongst a faculty that inspires me to grow. As a teacher, advisor, and coach, I learn about students in new ways every day. I learn about students' lives and what kind of people they hope to be. As Dean of Students, I work with students as they navigate the difficulties of growing up and what it means to be a part of a community that cares for one another, but also holds each other accountable. The people make this community strong, and I am blessed to be a part of it."
