Applying for Financial Aid

Getting Started with your Financial Aid Application

Families applying for financial aid must do so as soon as possible and no later than February 15th, 2012 by completing the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS). The school requires that both natural parents contribute to the cost of education for their child to the extent of their ability. If the student’s parents are divorced, separated, or were never married, both will be asked to complete their own PFS form. In addition, for divorced parents who have remarried, please include all financial information for your new spouse.

BTA prefers that the PFS be filled out and submitted online. Please visit the  SSS Website for Parents for more information. If you cannot complete the application online, you may also mail the PFS. Be sure to fill out all items fully and frankly and provide clear explanations of all circled items. Sign the form and send the original to:

SSS By NAIS
P.O. Box 449
Randolph, MA, 02368

Please be aware that online applications take about 3 days to process and paper forms can take up to 6 weeks. In addition, we require that you submit a copy of your 2011 Federal tax return (1040 only) as well as a schedule C, if applicable, and all W2 forms to  the above listed address for the SSS no later than February 15th, 2012.

Last minute submission must be sent overnight to the following address:

SSS by NAIS
Application Processing Center
437 Turnpike Street
Canton, MA, 02021

Any application for financial aid received after these dates will be considered on a rolling basis, as financial aid cannot be guaranteed for applicants if they miss the February 15th deadline.

It is important to note that applications for assistance are made annually. Assistance is not automatically renewed.
