How to Apply

Thank you for considering Boston Trinity Academy. The deadline for applications to be considered for Fall 2012 is February 3rd, 2012.

 Getting Started:

Boston Trinity's application is now entirely online.

Applicants and their families are asked to first complete the online Inquiry Form before beginning the official application.  Please fully complete the brief BTA Inquiry Form here.

Once you have completed the Inquiry form, applicants, and their families are required to fill out both a demographic profile, as well as respond thoughtfully to a series of short answer and essay questions.  It is recommended that applicants save a local copy of answers to essay questions, then paste the answers into the application.  Please begin our Online Application here.

Once you have completed the application, please submit the required application fee of $50.  This may be paid online by clicking the box below:

Recommendations:

Please download the required evaluation forms to be completed by:

After downloading the forms, parents should email them to teachers and administrators. Alternatively, parents can direct evaluators to this webpage for download. Teachers and administrators can then electronically submit recommendation forms directly to the BTA Admission Department at admission@bostontrinity.org.  We require that recommendations sent electronically originate from the teacher or administrator's official school email address.

Alternatively if a teacher or an administrator prefer a paper copy, parents may download and print those forms above. BTA will also accept evaluation forms sent by standard mail or fax. All materials are due in our office by the deadline of February 3, 2012.

Current School Transcript:

The transcript release form should be signed and given to the current school administrator or registrar well in advance of the application deadline. For students applying to upper grades, completed transcripts for all levels of high school should be submitted. The official transcript must be received by February 3rd to consider an applicant for admission. We do accept electronic copies of official transcripts sent to admission@bostontrinity.org before February 3rd.

Interview and Tour:

Upon receipt of the Parent & Student Questionnaire, and the application fee, the Admission Department may call the student's family to schedule an interview and school tour.

On the student's interview day, there will be:

  • A short aptitude test
  • A brief Essay Question

Boston Trinity Academy prefers that whenever possible, both parents attend the interview.
